CHESS CLUB

Tuesdays from 3:15p.m.-4:15p.m. for 8 weeks beginning 2/27/2024

Encourage your child to participate!

Cost: $168

Currently offered for Grades 1-5 given there are AT LEAST TEN STUDENTS signed up. So PLEASE consider this awesome opportunity for your child as a great way to make friends, learn something new improve on what they may already know, and develop their mind and focus, as well as how to be a good opponent.

If your child is in 6th-8th Grade and interested in this program, another teacher would be needed and again, at least 10 student total between those grade levels would need to register to be able to provide the program to them. Please send a message expressing your interest in registering to Mrs. Burns at dburns@leothegreat.org or Nina Capone at ncapone@leothegreat.org so that we can do our best to accommodate the request!

Santa Shop will be held on Thursday 12/14, Friday 12/15 and Saturday 12/16

Breakfast with Santa will be held from 9:00a.m. to Noon on Saturday 12/16

PICTURE DAY

 Picture Day is tuesday, October 17th!

Students are expected to dress up.

No jeans, tight fitting clothing or short dresses.

TRUNK OR TREAT

Volunteers Needed for Trunk or Treat | Friday October 27, 2023

Trunk-Or-Treat will be held onFriday, October 27th. Knowing how many volunteers we will have in advance (of any event) will help us make decisions and get plans rollin’. Please fill out the form if you’d like to support this fun event for our kids! If you submit this form then realize you won’t be available to help like you originally planned, please communicate you change of plans with Nina @ ncapone@leothegreat.org so that we can make any necessary adjustments. We all understand, life happens, please don’t ghost us :)

Dear Families,

Studies show that parent’s involvement in a child’s education is one of the most important factors in raising student self-esteem and academic achievement. We realize that your time is valuable and want to provide various days and times that may work with your schedule. Volunteers are the reason our festival has always been successful in the past. If you are interested, we’d love to have your help! Game room volunteers must be the student’s parent, guardian, grand-parent, or adult aunt/uncle. Please fill out the volunteer information below.
